Our Story

From our happy place to yours

Florida has always been my husband's "happy place". The beach, the weather, the palm trees and happy childhood experiences that he has shared with me and our children.

During a resent vacation, I noticed he had gathered a bag of palm seeds from a nearby tree (with the hotel's permission, of course) to take home to try his hand at growing them.

After realizing he had a knack for growing, he researched a variety of new plants to expand his newfound hobby. As his hobby grew, so did the quantity and variety of plants in our backyard nursery.

Grown out of fond memories and a love of plants of all varieties, Hudson Mill Growers was born.

It has become our "Happy Place".
