Adam's needle Yucca is a slow-growing broadleaf evergreen succulent often used in Perfect for Southwest-themed landscapes, this plant is related to many commonly grown cacti and succulents. It’s a virtually stemless shrub with blade-like leaves forming a basal rosette. The foliage clumps typically grow 2 to 3 feet tall, with curled threads along the leaf edges. Once mature, around four or five years old, the plant produces tall flower stalks from the center of its foliage in late spring or summer. These stalks can reach up to 8 feet and are adorned with numerous bell-shaped, creamy white flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
